Motivation: to start a  medical treatment

Education: secondary

Employment history upon arrival: own business (cleaning, ironing, child care, dog-walker)

Current occupation: like above

Close friends: son and son’s friends

Family status: son and grandchildren in London

Housing situation: living with son and his family

Advantages from living in the UK:
”NHS is free. Of course there are also waiting times, but the longest – two months. But if something is happening, you are admitted immediately.”
”I was reborn here, my medication is being changed, every two weeks I go for a blood test to see whether everything is alright. I am a different person.”
“I really like the character, the nature and English culture. English people are really nice to one another, polite, they smile. The are a joyous nation.”

”They do not speak well of us, it is still a loud case, that child benefits go to Poland. Hence the unkind opinions about Poles.”
“I was making a replacement key, and I said that I was from Poland. The salesman started shouting, that we are thieves, drunks. My eyes filled with  tears.”
